Providing Customer Service is my ultimate goal. I have been in the BPO industry over three years of experience in the call center industry, I have a unique combination of skills and knowledge that enable me to design and deliver effective sales campaigns and training programs. I am a Trainer II at Concentrix, where I guide employers on hiring the right candidates for their company and teach new employees a wide range of skills and knowledge to help them perform their duties better.
I am passionate about providing high-quality customer service and support, and I have proven this by achieving multiple honors, such as Top Trainer, Top CSAT, and Top Sales Agent. I have also developed strong competencies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer-focused service, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my competencies.
