Whole selling and Drop Shipping in good numbers from the scratch.
When I joined the firm, I was very less confident but very motivated because I was diversifying my career from Accounting and Finance to eCommerce store management, and look I have achieved a lot of milestones in PPC Ads campaigns, receiving FBA WS permissions for my clients and sourcing products for Drop Shipping.
For Private Labeling:
Marketplaces: Amazon, eBay and Walmart
Managing client`s Ads budget and monitor all the campaigns if any negative keyword is identified
ï‚· Responsible for monthly sales increase of each client
ï‚· Preparation of summary for improvement areas ( Lifestyle pictures if missing, comparison of the product with the competitors, product hunting from Ali baba etc)
ï‚· If required making keyword research from jungle Scout and Helium 10
ï‚· Listing optimization including title, bullet points and description and if required I made A+ content for the stores by using Photoshop and Canvas
ï‚· Documenting everything and store and share every document in a way where clients have the access at any time without having any hurdle or breaks.
ï‚· Monthly comparison of sales and ensure it is improving on month by month basis ( exception- seasonal products)
