Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, using various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
Business Process Modeling: Create and maintain process diagrams (e.g., flowcharts, UML diagrams) to visualize and optimize business processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Project Management: Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
