Position: Latin American Cold Caller (SMS and Email Management)
Hours per week: 30-40 hours
Preferred Schedule/Timezone: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM CST
Salary: $6/hr plus commissions
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Caller based in Latin America to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold outreach via phone, SMS, and email. You will gather information about leads, ensure proper follow-up, and warm leads for our closer to contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, SMS, and emails.
Gather detailed information about leads and place them in the appropriate follow-up category.
Warm up leads for the closer to secure contracts.
Manage SMS and email communications efficiently.
Ensure accurate data entry and management using various software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
