Coordinate and organize, flights, travel, and accommodation for offshore personnel in line with company policies. • Liaise with clients/offshore locations for crew change details.
• Inform personnel of all mobilisation/demobilisation details.
• Ensure personnel are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes.
• Input all offshore personnel movements into a database.
• Maintain offshore employees' personal information accurately in the department database as required.
• Produce weekly timesheet reports from the database for payroll.
• Update offshore employees' CVs in the company format
• Undertake general administration duties to support the department
• To participate in On-call duties on a regular rotated basis.
• Liaise with assigned offshore personnel on general Personnel related issues
• Resolve any pay queries in a timely manner
• Support the training/development of team members
• Participate in and provide support as team member
• Maintaining good communication and working relationship with team members.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) GCE (Grade A, B, C) or CXC equivalent (Grades General 1, II and III from 1998) with 2 years’ related experience and /or training; or 5 years equivalent combination of education and experience within the industry.
Familiarity with offshore the training and competency requirements and industry terminology will be considered an asset.
