We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The Customer Support Executive will handle inquiries, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Handle customer complaints and escalations, striving for a swift resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures. Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and concerns. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
