I'm in need of a professional who can create an editable one page PDF order form for our customers. The form should be designed in line with our brand guidelines, incorporating our brand colors and theme. The form will be used for customers to fill out their orders and should include:
- All the essential fields: Customer name, phone number, address,
- Various modules and Add-ons for our product,
-any additional notes or special requests that they want us to know or keep track of
The ideal candidate should have prior experience designing PDF forms and a strong understanding of brand guidelines. They must be able to deliver a clean, professional and user-friendly design that reflects our brand.
