Requirements:
•High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree or non-traditional degree programs, certifications, on the job training or equivalent work experience is a plus.
•At least 1 or 2 years of experience working in customer service.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
Responsabilities:
•Assist the Employee Experience Team with maintaining HR Administrative processes & documentation, respond to employee inquiries & communications, identify issues that need to be escalated to other team members and follow up to ensure the customer receives an appropriate response/resolution, and assist with department projects and initiatives.
