Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entry-related procedures, responsible for the management and storage of personnel files, and the signing of employment contracts;
2. Establish and update employee files in a timely manner, and make statistics on personnel changes (including resignation, entry, promotion, transfer, demotion, etc.);
3. Do a good job of employee attendance, and be responsible for the company's employee welfare, etc.;
4. Maintain good communication with departments, actively and timely provide support, timely feedback and solve team development needs;
5. Assist the person in charge to carry out team building planning and cultural construction, create a good employee relationship, plan and organize employee activities, and prevent and deal with labor risks;
6. Implement and implement the company's various human resource policies to ensure the simultaneous realization of human resource management performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Filipino-Chinese, fluent in speaking Tagalog, Chinese and English.
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred;
3. More than 2 years of HR work experience, HRBP experience is preferred;
4. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, dedicated, professional, good communication and coordination, teamwork, pressure resistance, strain, learning ability;
5. Willing to work in Makati City.
