We are seeking a customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between our company and our customers, providing product and service information, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise with accuracy and efficiency. The Ideal Candidate: The best Sales Representatives are genuinely passionate about helping customers. They are patient, empathetic, and skilled communicators who understand the value of customer engagement. They can easily put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate on their behalf when necessary. These representatives are also adept at gathering valuable customer feedback and are natural problem-solvers. If they don’t have the information needed to answer a question or resolve a complaint, they are confident in troubleshooting and investigating further. Our goal is to ensure exceptional service standards, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls - Generate sales leads and identify new opportunities - Understand and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods - Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas - Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies - Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers Requirements and Skills: - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative - Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas - Strong phone handling skills with active listening abilities - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent If you are a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
