Pro Bono, In-House Council
Match4Action Foundation, the non-profit arm of CrowdDoing, is seeking a Pro Bono, In-House Council to support its mission of de-risking and developing social innovations through global collaboration.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals to contribute their skills and expertise in support of meaningful, impactful work.
Responsibilities:
The Pro Bono, In-House Council will work with the Match4Action Foundation team to:
1. Provide legal and compliance guidance on various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:
1. Legal and compliance.
2. Non-profit compliance and regulation.
3. Experience working with non-profits or other social impact organizations.
4. Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to public health and social innovation.
As the Pro Bono, In-House Council, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring that Match4Action Foundation's work is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, while also helping to drive social impact.
