Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience as an IT is a MUST.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows is a MUST.
Salesforce knowledge is a PLUS.
Experience in designing bots through Microsoft Power Automate.
Providing support for printer set up and general IT and Tech support issues.
Proactive, organized and has initiative.
Willing to be cross-trained for other tasks needed for the job.
