Key Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE existing LinkedIn Profile for recruiting
Utilize LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and engage potential candidates for various roles within the company.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Post job advertisements on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards.
Candidate Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries via LinkedIn and email.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
