Position Overview:
We are looking for a Nominee Director to act as a figurehead in a non-executive capacity. This role requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards. The Nominee Director will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the official director of our UK entity.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Attend board meetings (if any) and provide valuable insights.
• Sign official documents as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and act in the best interest of the company.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a director or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UK corporate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to commit up to 7 hours per month.
Compensation:
• Competitive rate of €50 per hour.
• Flexible working hours with a maximum of 7 hours per month.
