Title: Private Lender at Colosseum Investments
Colosseum Investments, one of the nation's top real estate private lending institutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Loan Originator. As a Loan Originator, you will play a crucial role in our organization by originating and managing loan applications from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, brokers, builders, and other referral sources.
- Evaluate loan applications and gather necessary documentation from prospective borrowers.
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Structure loan applications and present viable financing solutions to clients.
- Work closely with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and closing.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in lending policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a loan originator or similar role in the real estate lending industry.
- In-depth knowledge of our loan products, and lending guidelines.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
