We're looking for a detail-obsessed Proofreader to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all client-facing copy and digital assets are polished, on-brand, and error-free. You'll review a wide variety of materials-from social media captions and website content to banner ads, emails, and other creative deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and proofread copy across digital channels for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, consistency, and style.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and client-specific style guides.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to ensure final deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
Mark up edits clearly and efficiently using tools like Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, or project management platforms.
