As an SEO Specialist, you’ll work closely with our digital marketing, management, and content teams to improve our website's visibility and organic search rankings. Your role will involve analyzing performance data, conducting keyword research, and optimizing content to ensure we drive high-quality traffic to our site. A deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities
Identify high-value keywords and search phrases relevant to our audience and industry.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings for target keywords, ensuring all content aligns with SEO best practices.
Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content that is engaging and valuable to our audience.
Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Generate regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Perform technical audits and work with web development teams to resolve site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability issues.
Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the site’s domain authority and improve rankings.
Continuously monitor changes in search engine algorithms and SEO best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and backlinking strategies.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance and organic rankings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey SEO strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
