Our training program ensures a continuous understanding of the Sales role, encompassing more than just making calls. It involves building meaningful relationships, mastering product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls to advance the sales process.
• Understand and articulate our products or services to customers, embodying the company's esteemed and professional image.
• Introduce products via outbound calls and successfully close new accounts.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for calls and customer engagement.
• Achieve the minimum weekly sales quota and actively contribute to future sales through proactive and dedicated efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, capturing valuable information.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
• At least one (1) year experience in outbound telemarketing doing cold calling and appointment setting
• Strong phone presence and proven track record of achieving sales quota
• Can make at least 200 calls per day. Leads provided.
• Excellent Spanish and English command and a team player
• Own work equipment: Desktop computer with camera or laptop computer with WINDOWS Operating System (OS)
• USB noise-canceling headphone
• At least 25 Mbps internet speed and backup internet
• Amenable to working during Pacific Time (US)
• Available to start immediately (Employed candidates not accepted)
