Job Description: As a Telesales Representative at RemoteHub, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth in the Middle East. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients via phone, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales. You will be instrumental in promoting our platform and ensuring that companies understand the value of connecting with remote professionals through RemoteHub. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the target markets. • Present and promote RemoteHub’s products/services to prospective clients over the phone. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position RemoteHub in the market. Qualifications: • A young and ambitious individual with a passion for sales. • Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the Middle East region. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
