Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handling emails, customer inquiries, and other communications. Data entry, maintaining records, and organizing files. Booking travel arrangements and accommodations. Customer Service: Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat queries. Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and providing information. Managing customer support tickets or service requests. Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms. Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, or mentions. Assisting with social media strategy or campaign planning. Content Creation: Writing, editing, and proofreading documents, blog posts, or newsletters. Preparing presentations, reports, or other materials. Bookkeeping and Financial Tasks: Invoicing clients and tracking payments. Recording expenses and managing budgets. Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties. Project Management Support: Helping with project planning and task management. Tracking project progress and updating relevant stakeholders. Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and when dealing with customer requests. Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Experience: Previous administrative, customer service, or social media experience is beneficial.
