-Arrange the technical interviews for the devs taking into consideration their availability and the working hours of the interviewer (they were in different time zones).
-Do the first reach out to the dev (usually through a phone call) and let them know about the opportunity
-Do the follow up. Check if it took place and if the dev passed or not to move forward with the process.
