Balance bike ELIOT
The aim of the project is to unite the latest technologies with environmentally friendly materials in a modern frame meeting all the aesthetic requirements. – The creation of the project for personal use and later for industrial one (in 3-D production)
The "Eliot" model consists of a frame, wheels, a handle bar movement into a rotary one. All the materials used are non-toxic, non-explosive and unbreakable.
The Overall dimensions of the children’s balance bike 850 x 420 mm and can be explained by the fact that the height of a child is between 1000-1200 mm which is the minimum and maximum height of a kid at the age of 3-6. Correspondently, a child whose height is in this range will feel comfortable when dealing with a balance bike having an appropriate access to the farthest command facilities.
The sizes of the command facilities are designed according to the anthropometric sizes of a hand. The average hand is as follows: length – 110 mm, width – 74 mm, thickness – 18 mm, girth – 165 mm. According to these parameters comfortable and safe distance between handle bars has been calculated that is 150 mm.
Designed according to anthropometric parameters and peculiarities of kids themodel of a children’s bike is made on CNC and 3-D printer. The enduse of the product is industrial and individual.
The Children’s bike Eliot is designed for modern kids with regard to
their individual peculiarities (physiological, flavoring)
