HR DP

I'm proud to share that I created the entire HR department from scratch for three comapanies i worked for . This was a significant project that involved developing a comprehensive HR strategy, creating policies and procedures, recruiting staff, establishing HR systems and processes, implementing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. By following these steps, I was able to create a successful HR department that supports the organization's goals and helps to attract and retain top talent. I'm proud of this achievement and believe that it demonstrates my ability to take on complex projects and deliver results.
