Client’s Requirements:- The client was a US startup that wanted to manage marketing campaigns for multiple industries in real time. He wanted a solution that could provide a system for creating and tracking a campaign. By using the system the user could track the impression, clicks, and views on the campaign. Challenge:- The challenge was to manage all the campaigns scattered across different platforms in one system and keeping a record of each campaign's status in real time. Our Approach and Role:- Over the course of six weeks, we worked with the client to deliver designs for promotor’s dashboard and a customer dashboard. We also prepared a component library and style guide that accompanied these deliverables. Our approach followed the design thinking process, which involved research, brainstorming, low-fidelity prototyping, high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing. I always adapt this process based on the availability of time, capital, and people. During the project, we worked closely with the client’s founding team and front-end developer, sharing daily updates that helped everyone stay informed of my progress. I also collaborated with two operators who provided invaluable insight into their day-to-day work.
