Purpose & Scope:- Purpose: SEDA App will be a Saudi export service app that as an endeavor will enhance the export ecosystem. The services in the app will help exporters by detecting local and international challenges facing them. It will analyze these challenges to find effective solutions, and ensure that they are not repeated in the future, in cooperation with relevant government agencies. Facilitate the end-to-end exporters' journey by strengthening the overall export environment Uplift exporters capabilities and readiness to global challenges and enhance their competitiveness in the marketplace Elevate the image and brand of KSA's exports to boost their positioning on global markets Identify, create and promote international business opportunities, connecting exporters and buyers ​Drive a culture of institutional excellence, collaboration and customer centricity and push digitization to enable the provision of best-in-class, innovative services System Scope: The app is designed and developed to be an android based application that can be used by exporters to book an upcoming event/expo. Exporters can also add any challenges facing them and raise complaints related to the export environment through the Portal. Our Role:- We were tasked with creating a report with all the user scenarios, and creating clickable mockups that would aid in comprehensive customer input and be easily understood by the development team. For the UX UI team, our BA team conducted extensive research and created a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document. For the UX and UI, competitive analysis, our UI designers and UX engineers conducted independent research. A user-friendly and fluid User Flow was taken into consideration when creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. With 2-week sprints, we used the Scrum agile software development methodology. We conducted a meeting before each milestone to go over the forthcoming sprints, make sure everyone on the team knew how the product should function, and talk about how long it should take and what the expected outcomes should be. At the conclusion of each development sprint, our quality assurance team conducted testing. Following QA, the test version was sent to the customer for an acceptance test before moving on to the following milestone. By proceeding in this manner, we reached the app's final delivery and gave it to the client.
