Test Program management for SAS Institutes

As an Offshore Test Program Manager, I managed multiple projects of SAS Institutes. I also managed SAP-Utilities projects for Axon. Was managing the extended delivery center of SAS and Axon as a Test Program Manager. Handled the challenges of program management successfully by completely setting up the infrastructure for the client in India and managed environments, teams, hiring, testing, tracking, delivery and bug management. - Successful management of offshore projects helped in winning over more EDC’s - Seamless interaction between on-site and offshore helped in better understanding of the requirement and reduced time to delivery - Considerable reduction in defect slippage to production
