Urban Green Landscapes (UGL) is a firm that specializes in rendering Landscape Architectural Consultancy, Environmental Planning and Management services from inception to implementation. The firm’s staff and consistent consultants share an unlimited wealth of experience of over Ten years from working with and for different clients. The staff and consultants at Urban Green Landscapes comprises of Corporate Landscape Architects capable of undertaking tasks in building design, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning and Management. I was hired on 3rd February 2022 as a consultant to help them create a social media footprint. Am helping them but setting up and managing their social media platforms specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. I am giving them strategies to grow on social media. The main objective of the first quarter is to create brand awareness online. After that, we'll look into prospecting an finding leads online. They mainly work with property developers and high net worth individuals so the main social media platforms for them will be LinkedIn and Twitter because those are the platforms their target audience use. Facebook and Instagram are mainly for creating general brand awareness. I will be using a combination of various strategies to achieve our goals. On LinkedIn: 1. We'll use the directors personal account to connect with CEO's, Senior Executives and Business Owners. We'll engage them in a subtle way to find out if they may be interested in landscaping services. We'll also request them to follow the company page incase they are interested in seeing things to do with landscaping. This strategy will be used consistently and at scale to create a steady pipeline of potential clients. 2. On the company page we'll use targeted ads to create brand awareness amongst our target audience. At first we just want them to know the client exist and to appreciate their work. We'll find subtle ways to reach out to those who like the company page and express some kind of interest in the client's work. 3. At some point we'll use Inmail campaigns for qualified leads. On Twitter: 1. First step is to identify qualified leads and follow them 2. Step two is to use commenting as a strategy to get the attention of our qualified leads. We'll comment on their posts and try to add value. Basically we'll court them for a while until they notice us. Then we'll find opportunities to interest them in our work through our comments. This is a slow process because we have to be careful to not seem nagging. 3. The other strategy is finding trending topics an finding a creative a natural way to comment on posts. This will give the account good exposure. Again here it needs to be subtle to avoid backlash. On Facebook and Instagram For Facebook and Instagram we'll basically do two things: 1. Upload a lot of photos 2. Use creative story telling to tell an interesting story about each project mainly using sequential photos and a bit of text. 3. Boost the post to reach the desired target audience.
