WEDDING INVITATIONS I designed 3 invitation options in scottish style (we are Poles but we love Scotland :D): * for parents * for guests invited to church for the wedding ceremony * for guests invited to church and for a wedding + piece of paper with a poem (asking not for flowers and alcohol, but for world guides or money for a trip to New Zealand) Each invitation I tie with a rustic string and put into in a dark blue envelope, to which I glued a wooden inscription. VIGNETTES I designed 2 types of vignettes: * for guests * for myself and my husband MENU + TABLE NUMBERS + LIST OF TABLES I designed one type of menu and list of tables and 3 types of table numbers. I used hand-made frames and with jute for the lists, I covered the frame with a tartan ribbon. To give a natural climate, I used wooden buckles. DECOR OF THE WEDDING PORCH But I didn't design paper decorations only. I used my ideas to decorate the entire wedding porch :). I made bunches from lavender and hanged them on a rustic string in different places, our photos hung in frames of window. I used heathers for which I made eco paper flowerpots myself. We borrowed lamps and hung them on wooden columns. Simple candles gave the climate, and we put tealights into hand-decorated jars. I also made decorations from natural plants in a basket on a matrimonial table. I also designed tablecloths for tables. We also used wood to give naturalness. Please, see how it was presented (including paper decorations).
