Challenge Ms. Mthunzi hired me as a Social Media Manager. I was challenged to create content because I’m not familiar with her product because mostly the user of her product was curly, kinky, and coils hairs. What I did was I read her website, I studied every detail to create content. Solution She launched my content on her social media channels. I’ve created some strategies to notice her product and to stand out compare to her competitors. Results The focus of Ms. Mthunzi was the volume of clients which is what I did making attractive content to increase the number of clients.
