I design, create and develop training programs and courses for individuals and organizations. It includes conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps, designing and developing tailored training materials and resources, delivering training sessions either in person or virtually, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. I work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the training I design meets the specific learning objectives and goals of the organization. Additionally, I may also provide recommendations for continuous improvement and updates to the training materials based on feedback and evaluation.
