• Over 9 Years of experience in IT recruitment out of it 8+Years in to US IT Staffing industry, which includes rich experience in Recruitment, Bench sales, Managerial and Operations etc.
• Majorly worked in Business, Account, Delivery and Operations Single Point of Contact for each Account and reporting to onsite Sales Managers to update status on daily basis.
• Manage the end to end recruitment process including liaising with senior leadership, managing expectations on the candidate market and recruitment sources.
• Establishing analytics to help monitor the effectiveness of recruitment techniques and strategies.
• Exclusively handling VMS/client portals with team of US IT recruiters.
• Good experience with handling volume requirements on daily basis and assign / utilize recruiting team effectively.
• Must have worked on time sensitive staffing environments with dedication to cater to every position
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (HR, IT, Recruiting, Sales, Admin, and Finance etc.)
• Used mass mailing tools Zoniac, Prohires power house, Vertical response
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Experience over Talent Acquisition, Induction, Joining Formalities, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Exit formalities, employee relations, employee compensation, Pay stubs, invoices etc.
• Touch base with the candidates, Train Team Members and follow up on regular basis
• Ensuring recruiters are submitting matching candidates to the requirements with a good turn-around time and also maintaining clients SLAs.
• Work on the quality control on the submissions before it is entered in the clients VMS systems.
• Make sure all the submittals follows and maintains client policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Regular follow-up with the recruiters to check on the difficulties / issues that they are facing on the positions and ensure you are work on to resolve those issues
• Help the recruiting team by providing them creative sourcing suggestion on positions.
• Work on to maintain candidate pipeline and need to ensure recruiters are working to build a strong database of candidates for the applicable clients.
• Need to keep a clear communication with the recruiting team, account managers as well as with the management.
• Liaison between Account Manager and recruiting team and Communicate all heads up requirements from the Account Managers to the recruiting team.
• Involved in H1b filing/Amendment, MSA, NCA/NDA, pre-interview agreements, RTRs, Employee agreement, Organisational bonds etc.
