Designing Prestige Pine Forest with sustainability in mind was a top priority. 230 units with 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK are provided. The apartments contain disposal systems that promote reuse and composting, water-saving fixtures, and lighting that's energy-efficient. In addition, solar panels and rainwater collection devices are part of the project to lessen depend on sources of electricity that are not renewable. Prestige Pine Forest is a leader in environmentally friendly living, with an emphasis on environmental friendliness evident in every aspect of the community.
