I worked as an Office Administrative Assistant. In this role I worked closely with the office manager inputting client portfolios into the companies new software system. I wrote personalized letters to each client explaining the office was updating their software and to reach out if they had any questions or concerns. I answered all client emails in a timely manor and completed the software update and client portfolio updates 3 days ahead of schedule. I implemented a time saving filing system that allowed the office manager to be able to pull client portfolios quickly while allowing me to work efficiently to complete my task.
