I have acquired the skills of interacting with clients through emails or phone calls, handling & successfully delivering the right solution to their queries & problems. Before Field Nation, I also used to work as a Sales Executive in the Customer Support Team at Imprint Ltd (https://imprint.com) which is a US based company. As a customer support I believe customer satisfaction should be our main goal which I have always prioritized while working in the Support Team.
