I've been working in client relations for the last decade, and I find it to be a really satisfying field to work in. Although not every customer is always in the best mood when they first call, I know that when you can provide them with a solution to their problems and turn an angry customer into a satisfied one it is one of the most fulfilling experiences you could ask for at work. The chance to work for one of the largest firms in the state means even more opportunities to help customers come away feeling excited about the service they received, and I would love the opportunity to prove I'm up for the job
