During my studies at The Entrepreneurship Academy, I participated, alongside my team of 8 students, in projects of business consulting for different companies, such as Cărturești, Fan Courier, Regina Maria, Neversea, RedBull, Teach For Romania, The Outfit, The Entrepreneurship Academy. My contribution throughout the project was seen in different processes: -Brainstorming, design thinking and ideation -Qualitative and quantitative research in the market -Defining the company's and clients' problems and pains -Hosting interviews with relevant people -Financial analysis of the client's situation and optimizing the budgets -Marketing strategies and tactics -Creating a sales funnel -Prototyping -Pitching the solution in front of the client

Muscle Habits

Muscle Habits is a business meant to help people feel better in their bodies and adopt a healthier lifestyle, without restricting themselves. Through our app, clients have access to personalized workout plans, created based on a questionnaire that shows us their objectives and needs, as well as many other features, such as their level of anxiety. Furthermore, they benefit from our full support and coaching sessions, where we discuss about their pains and things that keep them stuck, and we help them in terms of nutrition and food, without having the concept of dieting in mind. Inside the business, my contribution was diverse: -I was responsible for the financial and legal part, as well as maintaining contact -with our partners from this areas, and I took care of the financial analysis of the business -I co-created, alongside my partner and our IT team the interface and database of the app -I co-created, defined and perfected the service, based on our clients' feedback -I created offers and wrote contracts for our partners -I applied design thinking processes, as well as processes regarding defining and analyzing our client segment -I coached our clients regarding the nutrition and wellbeing aspects of the business

The Artisans

The Artisans started as a University-based project, which purpose was to help me put the theory I learned until that point into practice. Inside the business, we produced and sell artisanal ice cream, at private or corporate events. Once the pandemic came, we had to pivot, therefore we created ice cream kits, that represented a fun activity for people, that could enjoy their ice cream alongside their family and friends, right in their homes. While working on the project, I developed and trained different skills, such as: -Creating online marketing campaigns -Creating offers, both for our clients and partners -Signing and writing contracts with and for our clients and partners -Applying design thinking processes, as well as defining and analyzing our client segments -Financial knowledge, from creating invoices to creating and analyzing our business's financial situation quarterly
