Manage the entire talent acquisition process to include:
Create job descriptions, post jobs on multiple platforms such as; LinkedIn and Indeed, and source candidates in a tough labor market.
Perform phone interviews and present qualified candidates to Executive team along with qualifications, culture fit and reasons to interview candidate. Schedule candidate for in-person interviews and/or panel interviews.
Communicate with candidates during entire process from initial contact to a “no thank you” communication.
Research and communicate with Executive team strategic options to increase our visibility and candidate pool.
AP Specialist process included:
Process invoices from vendors, code invoice and send to Project Manager for approval.
Research and communicate discrepancies to vendors and/or project management.
Communicate with senior management, subcontractors and vendors on a daily basis via phone or email.
