I am a Healthcare professional working in the pharmacy field for about 10 years. Through many years of data entry in the pharmacy field, accurate and quick data entry is one of my strengths. I am able to work with customers and resolving consumer needs using verbal and written communication. De-escalating and effectively working in various collaborations to resolve a need is a specialty that was developed by working with various companies. Within the currently full time position, I have been promoted regularly within the department and recommended to moved to different departments due to strong soft skills that helped develop my worked hard skills to a high expertise.
My major in California State University, Fullerton as a human communications major helped refine my communication skills with not only patients but with co-workers and management directives. Clear verbal and written communication is one of my strengths with not only experience but through formal education as well.
As a fast learner, I am able to pick up various types of tasks with direction. As a remote worker, I have a 100 words per minute typing speed with an accuracy of over 90%.
I am also a fluent speak, writer and reader in Korean as well. I have completed several volunteer projects to help translate Korean to English.
