Duties and Responsibilities • Perform as a Finance In-Charge of the company by creating financial reports of the company monthly, handling accounts of clients, preparing invoices, purchase orders, quotations, delivery advice, and in-charge of payment to suppliers and collecting of payments from clients. • Works as an Administrator of the company by acting as a PRO and responsible for all the formalities in Dubai Airport Free Zone as needed. And other related administrative works. • Assisting our Sales Engineers on clients Purchase Order and placing orders to the suppliers and any concerns related to the operations of the company. • Answering phone calls and queries of the clients. • Performs as Logistic In-charge of the company by processing bill of entry, gate pass of every shipment coming in and out of the company, in-charge for all the formalities in Dubai Custom System, processing the diploma of origin for every outgoing shipment in Dubai Chamber of Commerce system. Furthermore, responsible for contacting the courier agent for the delivery of the shipment to every client.
