Process carrier requests for loads using three tools such as Central Dispatch, Zendesk, and Cargotel. l decide if the carrier is fit to carry a load depending on their standing and track record from previous deliveries. I make sure that the pickup location and the destination of the vehicle are open before giving the load to the carrier. I do that by checking the order details, BOL comments and I also do Google search to know all those information, So that there will be no time wasted on the carrier's side and to make the best customers experience. I update the status of the load by tagging it as dispatch, in route, and delivered. I am in constant communication with the carrier About what the vehicles were about so that the customer is always updated every time about the status of the vehicle and when is its estimated time of arrival.
