About me :
I am an Indian citizen, with rich experience of 22 years in Operations.,People Management,Client Management and Service Delivery.
I was heading the Operations for Ericsson, Kerala circle, which had a total team strength of over 300 in direct and offrole categories.I had served for 9 years after which i had moved on to take a global head profile with Huawei Global Services, responsible for Middle East and North Africa geographies.
My next assignment was with UST Global as Service Delivery Manager, managing few selected IT services to their clients across geographies.
Then, I moved on to be part of a US venture viz; Nikaza,as Senior Director Operations, which included mainly to drive the business deliveries on a timely manner and thereby avoiding the escalations from the client.
The present firm is getting a merger finalized with another product organisation in US, and i had decided to give a friendly handshake with the management and now looking to join a challenging stream and continue to serve them with the best of my abilities and experience.
