With over 13 years of payroll management experience in addition to an MBA in Business Administration, I have at different scales, contributed towards finance, human resources, operations, and administrative endeavors across several industries including finance, logistics and so on. This people-oriented philosophy has thus helped me achieve goals quicker and more efficiently. A few of these feats include: • Spearheading the team that migrated from our payroll software to the new payroll software. Co-heading the team of IT and Payroll staff who designed our current payroll software. This software is being used in payroll processing for over 8000 staff in Nigeria and Ghana and for clients. • Planning, designing, and developing the comprehensive sustainable compensation, benefits, and total reward structure for the employees of C&I Leasing based on standard and measurable parameters from macro-economic factors, labor forces of demand and supply, management budget and company performance. • Launching and administering sustainable employee recognition and reward initiatives to drive performance, employee engagement and results across the organization through HRBPs and internal communication. • Planning, designing, and effecting a compensation plan for retirement, terminations, and death of C&I Leasing employees. Supervising employee wellness deliverables and budget. • Leading, mentoring and supporting a busy team of payroll administrators, demonstrating strong team-building and motivational skills.
