About
Brian is a seasoned UX Researcher with a passion for giving users a voice in the design process. He believes that by putting users first, products can be created that meet their needs and solve their problems while also aligning with the business objectives. With over 20 years of experience, Brian has worked on UX research projects for clients both locally and internationally. His areas of expertise include UX strategy creation, discovery research, usability testing, product analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Brian's love for the digital world began during his university days, where he earned a double major and a minor while also running his own startup. He is particularly interested in promoting accessibility and usability and is proud to serve as a mentor to startups at the Brisbane-based incubator, River City Labs. Brian sees himself as "the users' agent" and works tirelessly to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard. He is always open to new opportunities, whether they be short or long-term contracts, as he continues to grow as a UX practitioner and make a lasting impact on the world of digital products.
