My client was Nokia, the Finnish telecommunication company and I worked at the Timisoara subsidiary for the subsidiary in France. Therefore, the official communcation language (emails, calls) was French and sometimes English. My role was to provide 24/7 Level 1 application support for both software and hardware systems that they had across France. The more complicated tickets were passed on to the Level 2 support team that were based in the same building with us. The reporting files that included all information about their systems was to both my team leader in Timisoara and the group leader from France.

My client Datagroup Deutschland GMBH was the German-based publishing company. They are handling from the manuscript production to the delivery of the finished product and even outsourcing of the manuscript and digitalizing it. It has two subsidiaries: one in Cologne for manuscript production and an outsourcing subsidiary in Timisoara for post-production processes. All manuscripts were written in Germa and the team's role of which I made part of, it was to perform individual editions, extensive text and data capture copy editing, high-quality sentence production. Therefore, you had to be knowledgeable at German and to be a fast typist ( more than 120 words per minute).
