My name is Cristina Villavicencio, and I come from Barcelona, Spain. I am a learning business consultant who has developed and implemented learning program strategies and skills development for universities and companies. I am a self-starter, independent-thinker, curious, creative, and passionate about learning, business, and education. I have been transferring knowledge in technology education and talent development between Europe and Latin America since 2012 in many relevant Universities with different needs. For this reason, I have had many excellent experiences helping to introduce IT opportunities in education and business development that drive strategies to cope with technical change. My role as a strategic business advisor was developed through the software and biotechnology industries achieving relevant business objectives by training directors and founders in 2009. As a legal advisor to companies in the technology industry, I have developed strong skills to prevent risks according to business objectives with my entrepreneurship in Barcelona, Spain, since I specialized in Legal Technology Information Services. My last entrepreneurship Train Us, allowed me to develop significant experience of interpreting business strategy and driving the successful execution of strategic priorities defining and implementing learning solutions that address business needs since 2017. After living in 3 countries (Spain, México, and Bolivia), I have found a global movement to understand the digital world. That is the transversal view while comparing business and learning needs.
