After over 7 years of international recruiting, I still find any new request as a real-life challenge. We are now over 8 billion people living on this planet, and the beauty of it is that you can't find 2 similar people... here is my challenge for every request I have.
Through recruitment, I've come to understand people's needs on every side of a job offer. Meeting the needs and requirements of an employer and aligning with the candidate's needs and expectations.
It is not an easy task, so I love to do it!
