I was a senior administrator in the Neurology and Internal medicine departments. I was the point of contact for all internal and external communication and acted as the gatekeeper for these practices. I also managed these physicians’ calendars, coordinated their schedules with external organizations such as the general hospitals and stroke clinic, as well as handled all correspondence in this regard. While working in this organization, I served as the assistant to three of the company's Physicians. I was praised for my time management skills, writing abilities, and commitment to excellence. I was also recognized for developing and enacting contingency plans during the peak of Covid -19 in my department, which allowed our Physicians to continue to operate business as usual during the pandemic.
