I'm a Ayurveda Medical student who completed the degree programme in University of Colombo, Institute of Indigenous Medicine, which is a 6 years course we gain both Ayurveda medicine and Western medicine knowledge. These i'm waiting for the internship which will be on coming january, 2023. I am interested and talented in writing creatively since my highschool and according to the experience in 6 years medical field, having a strong knowledge on health for some extent and i am able to follow more. In Sri Lanka traditional medicine is an asset which we own from our ancient times. And hope to give some tips to help people maintain a healthy life.
