Currently I am working as an end-to-end designer, responsible of high-level removal designs. As a high- level designer, I have the opportunity of improving my DWDM knowledge in order to keep up with complex circuit architectures. Beforehand, I worked as an optical network engineer and I took part of the "Network consulting and system integration shared service delivery" department, where my main task was to add or remove certain frequencies on cards depending on the nature of the ticket. This process is done with the help of speciﬁc tools that facilitate a clear view of the process and if the parameters are met, the decision is send further to the implementing department where physical actions take place.
