I am currently working in a BPO Industry. Specifically, Healthcare services- back office. I am a biller, wherein I bill DRGs in an inhouse pharmacy. I was also trained in revenue cycle management. Prior to that, I worked as a customer service representative. I handle calls, outbound and inbound both in sales and telecommunication. Skills included- multitasking, good English communication skills (written and oral), have basic knowledge to sales, keen to details, flexible (can adopt easily to shifting schedules). I am applying for part-time for extra work and income. I am open to any trainings and new opportunities to help me gain more learning and experiences.
